You must work specified hours, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, be coachable and personable, and have a passion for health and fitness. A high school diploma or GED is required.

You will manage membership sales, maintain financial profiles, oversee facility integrity, advise on equipment, and ensure excellent customer service through member engagement and goal support.
