You must coordinate IQIP compliance, provide expert knowledge, manage audits, support projects, track progress, communicate effectively, propose procedural changes, maintain records, and ensure data governance.

You will coordinate compliance with IQIP standards, support audits, track project progress, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to UKAS requirements and Information Governance.

Support the new post - Audiology Quality and compliance Manager to deliver: - IQIPS Accreditation To coordinate compliance with IQIP standards within appropriate and / or specified timeframes. To provide expert knowledge of IQIP requirements. To collate required performance and quality information in a timely manner. To collate defined audit reports in collaboration with Head of Audiology.
 
Provide administrative support to Audiology Leads for IQIPS-associated tasks, as well as administrative support related to any other improvement projects. Develop and maintain a system to record, monitor and track project progress and the related activities and actions within the department. Communicates project information to others which may involve providing complex information and persuasion skills. Proposes changes to procedures and practices within Audiology as a result of UKAS requirements.

Undertakes audits to check compliance against UKAS standards on a monthly basis. Collate all UKAS audits in conjunction with clinical and managerial teams either monthly, quarterly or annual as required Ensure that electronic information is maintained and stored in accordance with Information Governance policy and procedure. Upload all required evidence to the UKAS website Undertake the investigation of any breaches of standards, and work with the Audiology Leads to seek a resolution or mitigating action.
