Your main responsibilities are :
 HR MANAGEMENT for all short-term contracts at the Office :
1/ Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Attract, Recruit, and Retain key talents in accordance with business needs keeping in mind the importance of both hard and soft skills, culture fit, and ensuring a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Create and maintain talent pools to maintain a proactive approach in terms of recruitment
Partner with Managers to advise on the recruitment process and the decision-making process to ensure we are hiring the best talent in the correct roles
