The incumbent will hold the internal title Head of Discipline and will lead and grow a team of engineers. The team is responsible to deliver on a variety of underground infrastructure projects located across North America. Reporting to Vice President, Head of Engineering Canada, the incumbent will be part of a team responsible for leadership within Canada. The Head of Discipline role comprises the management and development of staff in the assigned team and working with other people managers to inform staffing and workforce planning processes based on up-to-date view on skills and capabilities of individuals.
