The role will also include assisting senior staff on the management of the portfolio.<br></p>

    <li>Assist the team in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches to both financial sponsors and corporate clients</li>
    <li>Conduct analysis of markets (business / sector / transactional / pricing comparables) and credit analysis of potential issuers</li>
    <li>Assist the team in the execution of transactions; including leveraged loans or high yield bond, across all sectors (such as TMT, healthcare, consumer retail, industrials…)</li>
    <li>Assist the team in the monitoring of portfolio company trading / developments</li>Precise split of time will be determined on an ongoing basis dependent on business requirements at the time.
