 Paralegal (6 month FTC)
 
 We are looking for a dynamic, talented paralegal to join our growing team. Reporting to our Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with a desire to contribute to FINBOURNE's growth and success. This will be a varied and challenging position with a focus on corporate and commercial matters, including but not limited to: 
 
 <ul>
 <li>Providing general legal support, advice and guidance to internal teams and ExCo</li>
 <li>Drafting, review and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts and licences</li>
 <li>Assisting the legal team on various corporate matters including corporate records and filings</li>
 </ul>
 
 Key responsibilities: 
 
 <ul>
 <li>Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with clients and vendors (including NDAs, Vendor Agreements and Consultancy Agreements)</li>
 <li>Assist with corporate work including company secretarial and international expansion</li>
 <li>Research, monitor and advise on compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks</li>
 <li>Assist with matters relating to data privacy and security, including GDPR compliance, data breach response, and vendor due diligence</li>
 <li>Assist with ad hoc projects</li>
 <li>Work with external legal counsel as and when appropriate to ensure third party advice is always sought in the best and most efficient manner</li>
 <li>General legal support to the legal department, including organisational and administrative tasks</li>
 </ul> 
 
 What skills, experience and qualifications we require: 
 
 <ul>
 <li>Legal background with either LLB, GDL or CILEX qualification</li>
 <li>Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a high volume of work</li>
 <li>Ability to work autonomously and independently</li>
 <li>High level of written and interpersonal communication skills</li>
 <li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li>
 <li>Be open-minded and willing to accept new challenges</li>
 <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>
 <li>No legal work experience is necessary, but experience working in a business (in any capacity) is highly valued</li>
 <li>Fluency in English, fluency in another language highly valued</li>
