Responsibilities

  • Providing general legal support, advice and guidance to internal teams and ExCo
  • Drafting, review and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts and licences
  • Assisting the legal team on various corporate matters including corporate records and filings
  • Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with clients and vendors (including NDAs, Vendor Agreements and Consultancy Agreements)
  • Assist with corporate work including company secretarial and international expansion
  • Research, monitor and advise on compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks
  • Assist with matters relating to data privacy and security, including GDPR compliance, data breach response, and vendor due diligence
  • Assist with ad hoc projects
  • Work with external legal counsel as and when appropriate to ensure third party advice is always sought in the best and most efficient manner
  • General legal support to the legal department, including organisational and administrative tasks
