  <li>Regulatory Management: Assist with managing Solicitors Regulation Authority records, including the annual bulk renewal of practising certificates, and maintaining general corporate records.</li>

This includes professional rules and codes of conduct, ongoing professional competence, engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, conflicts and confidential information, financial crime (e.g., bribery, tax evasion, sanctions, fraud, money laundering, and market abuse), modern slavery, disclosure regimes, and data privacy.</li>
  <li>Policy Development: Assist in the production and updating of internal and external written policies, procedures, and guidance on legal and regulatory issues affecting the firm.</li>
