Ensures completion of and/or delivers locally required trainings such as safety requirements
Supports regional office leadership by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions by synthesis of available data, professional knowledge and experience
Coaches employees through aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to employee inquiries to termination
Partners in initial compensation reviews and fielding questions for respective region with HR Operations Manager
Monitors and proactively reacts to respective region’s HR metrics, trends, and performance for assigned projects, in consultation and collaboration with Talent leaders
Contributes to the implementation of changes in policies and regulations governing compliance
Collaborates with global Talent team to update policies, manuals and guidelines to keep up with business and regulatory changes in line with HKS values and to guide office leadership and employee actions
May collaborate on special projects with the global Talent team
May prepare necessary paperwork and documentation for formal procedures in respective region
Assists in answering general benefits questions and escalating benefits questions to the global Benefits team when needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Local HR certification required
Typically with 6+ years of related experience
Experience in MS Office Suite, including Excel
Knowledge of Adobe software including InDesign and Illustrator to create and edit presentations and reports preferred
Strong knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and respective employment laws for the region
Strong presentation skills
