  <li>Assist in facility and event security operations.</li>
  <li>Assist in the administration and management of Target Field security staff, including training, recognition, support, and communications.</li>
  <li>Assist in security administration, including incident documentation, staff credentialing, equipment testing and validation, and other duties.</li>
  <li>Assist in activities related to incident investigation utilizing electronic security assets.</li>
  <li>Extensive employee and customer involvement.</li>

  <li>College student or recent college graduate.</li>

  <b>Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b>

   <li>Previous security, supervisory, and leadership experience.</li>
   <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
   <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
   <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.</li>
   <li>Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as required by deadlines and event scheduling.</li>
   <li>Interested in a career in security and/or law enforcement.</li>
