 Nasdaq’s Legal, Regulatory &amp; Risk group is looking for a talented and energetic lawyer to join our global legal team located in the North America, Europe and Asia and supporting our businesses worldwide.

  Your role and responsibilities
 </div>

  Under the guidance and supervision of senior legal team members, a typical day will include
 </div>
 <ul>
  <li>Draft, review, analyze and negotiate a variety of commercial and licensing agreements, including data, content, indexes, technology transactional agreements</li>
  <li>Work closely with sales, operations and product teams to ensure Company objectives are met</li>
  <li>Provide legal guidance and support to our internal businesses and operations around the world including licensing, technology and commercial legal advice.</li>
  <li>Keep up to date and provide guidance on regulations that impact Nasdaq products and services</li>
  <li>Representing (without close supervision from senior lawyers) the company’s positions in commercial matters.</li>
 </ul>

  <br> You will need the following skills and experience
 </div>
 <ul>
  <li>Law Degree (e.g., in the U.S., the Juris Doctor degree)</li>
  <li>At least 4-6 years’ experience, preferably at a top law firm and/or in-house</li>
  <li>Experience drafting and negotiating license agreements</li>
  <li>Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of other disciplines across multiple regions</li>
  <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and clients</li>
 </ul>

  And it would be great if you have experience with
 </div>
 <ul>
  <li>Understanding of the legal and business aspects of licensing data, including regulated data, alternative data, indexes, financial information, software and/or technology products and services</li>
  <li>Experience drafting and negotiating contracts for complex commercial transactions</li>
  <li>The ability to analyze complex contracts and effectively communicate with internal clients</li>
  <li>Knowledge of intellectual property and data privacy/data security</li>
