While multiple teams (internal or external) get involved at different times along the launch journey for deliverables, you will be overseeing the quality of the launch.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be an expert of the Netflix product and advise our stakeholders on means to improve how members interact with the title on the Netflix platform.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain the quality of the launch and mitigate risk to launch by being proactive, exercising sound judgment, and informing and influencing stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Partner with internal and external teams and serve as the primary point of contact on strategic operational matters for the title.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Constantly evaluate our workflows with the intention of improving our efficiency and effectiveness in launching titles. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Troubleshoot urgent issues cross-functionally and jump in operationally as needed, in service of the member experience &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Ideal Candidate&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;A good balance of left and right brain thinking - with the ability to understand the pulse of our consumers and put oneself in the consumers shoes, an appreciation of content nuances and needs, appreciation and fluency to articulate product principles. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mid-to senior-level project management experience with a strong grasp of operations. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Possesses an analytical mindset and a bias towards solving for impact and scale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong stakeholder management skills and a good team player. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A passion for operations and a thirst to do more with less, to work smarter not harder.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be well informed of the Netflix product experience &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Happy to take accountability and drive initiatives. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;English fluency - written and spoken, with additional language capabilities in other Indian languages preferred&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills - written and verbal&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ability to exemplify the Netflix culture and values.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity of thought and background builds stronger teams.
