Summary:
As a Distribution Operations Analyst Intern, you will contribute to a world-class Distribution Operations team by supporting key business processes, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in Channel Data Management (CDM) processes and an opportunity to develop problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills. We are looking for an intern to work in office/hybrid/remote near our Greensboro, NC location

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing Channel Data & Revenue Management processes, including:
Monitoring and maintaining channel data accuracy and integrity.
Supporting inventory reconciliation and master data maintenance.
Identifying and resolving reporting discrepancies, ensuring effective communication of outcomes.
Processing and scrubbing Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) reports.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., sales, distributors, finance, and pricing teams) to ensure seamless operations.
Participate in training sessions for internal and external users on CDM tools and business processes.
Maintain and update work instructions and training documentation related to distribution operations.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or Vistex is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Interest or experience in B2B channel sales, distribution processes, or technology sectors is preferred.
