About The Role 📖 We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager to join our global team and work across commercial, mid market and enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities include: * Full responsibility for managing and developing a multi-million dollar portfolio. * Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. * Retaining clients by building strong, trusting relationships. * Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio. * Following up in a timely manner and working closely with internal teams. About You 🧠 The successful candidate will have: * 5+ years' experience in SaaS business development, preferably in a post sale Account Manager role. * Strong experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. * A proven track record of negotiating with key accounts. * Highly organised problem solving skills. * Self-starter skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure. * Polished presentation skills, and experience in presenting both to external clients and internal stakeholders (such as QBRs with Customer Success Team).
