Sony Music's Global Podcast Division are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the UK team across multiple podcast shows. You will be working across a variety of projects to help create premium audio & visual content.




This role may also be suitable for an experienced Production Secretary looking to make the step up to Production Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time role, with excellent Sony benefits, working within a hybrid setting with 3 days a week based in our office in Old Street, London.




What you'll do:

 * Set the studios & coordinate the records/shoots across our UK slate
 * Book Talent/Guest kit & transport
 * Chase Appearance Release Forms
 * Schedule future records (inc. ads), mixes & edits with engineers, studios & editors
 * Upload Podcasts & ads for TX across our UK slate, inc. YouTube uploads
 * Weekly episodic archive – inc. episode audio, artwork, press shots, video files (if relevant), music reporting

Who you are:

 * Experience in audio production is essential, and experience in video production would be a bonus.
