  $125,225.10 - $155,475.06
 
 
  Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.    <li>Identifies, analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses.</li>
   <li>Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems.</li>
   <li>Develop IO maps, interlock strategies, and identify component requirements for software developers.</li>
   <li>Organizes and participates in design reviews of machine improvements and new designs, including FMEA and Fault Tree Analysis.</li>

   <li>General working knowledge of 3D CAD design tools. CREO and or Solid Works implemented at TMEA.</li>
