Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description</div><div></div><div>
The Day to Day (Responsibilities):</div><ul><li>
Assist in the coordination of HR projects, including developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and Payroll-related inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.</li><li>
Managing the HR department budget, PO creation, invoice processing, tracking and analyzing HR expenditures against budget allocations.</li><li>
Assist in maintenance of HRIS system data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.</li><li>
HR SharePoint site collection administrator assisting team with updates, site security, and upgrades.</li><li>
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding.</li><li>
Support employee relations, including handling minor corrective actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.</li><li>
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the HR team and across departments.</li><li>
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback through regular leadership communication.</li><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.</li><li>

Must Haves (minimum qualifications):</div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Previous experience in a human resources generalist role, with a strong emphasis on tactical HR responsibilities.</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations.</li><li>
Effective and diplomatic interpersonal and communication skills with employees of all levels, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>
Proficient in HRIS systems Workday preferred.</li><li>
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>
Ability to work well under pressure and work with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.</li><li>
Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.</li><li>
Customer service mindset: provide frequent counsel and accurate information to employees in a timely manner, with the ability to refer more complex matters to HR colleagues or leaders for counsel and support.</li></ul><div></div><div>

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 8 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.</div><div></div><div>
