  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support employee relations, including handling minor corrective actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the HR team and across departments.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback through regular leadership communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
