Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior team members in the origination & execution of live transactions that include benchmark bonds as well as private placements for the DACH Financial Institution Groups (FIG) and the DACH Corporate Debt Group.
  • Supporting the DACH FIG and Corporate DCM team members in their daily work
  • Preparation of pitch books during the preliminary stages of a transaction
  • Collecting market information to support client coverage and decision making
  • Preparation of term sheets and indicative pricing updates
  • Condensing research from a vast variety of sources and prepare macro and credit market updates for our clients
