  • Learn about and then support in the administration and coordination of our learning initiatives.
  • Monitor our employees course completions and prompting/reminding employees where needed.
  • Ensuring course requests are correctly authorised.
  • Monitoring statuses and liaising with the relevant stakeholders in case of issues.
  • Performing routine data input into training plans and calculating spend.
  • Responding to queries. Escalating more complex issues within the team where appropriate.
  • People analytics plays a key role in talent development. This involves tracking progress and engagement, assessing effectiveness, and understanding the impact of talent initiatives.
  • As your skills and experience grow, there will be increased opportunity to get more involved in analytical work and projects, and presenting these actionable insights to People function leadership so we can continuously improve.
