Responsibilities

  • During your internship you will be assigned one of the Product teams where you will have the opportunity to work on live projects and shadow senior executives.
  • This team leads product strategy and innovation to ensure alignment with client needs and the anticipated investment landscape.
  • The team seeks to build a strong understanding of the market, better inform Schroders' sales activity, improve product positioning and suggest product development ideas.
  • This team works across the entire product lifecycle, and is tasked with creating new products (e.g. funds) or solutions for our clients.
  • Our job is to outperform our competitors by creating products that are innovative and suit our clients’ needs.
  • This team safeguards the best interests of investors throughout the product lifecycle encompassing idea generation, product design and development, and ongoing monitoring through to product closure.
  • Work with a small group of interns on a current or strategic topic and presenting to managers at the end of the programme.
