Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly P&L Ecomm trade rate process
  • Prepare and maintain customer P&L files with analysis
  • Consolidate and perform monthly analysis on customer trade spend
  • Perform monthly Masterdata analysis and checks to ensure accuracy
  • Liaison with various account teams to understand invalid status and provide commentary/insights to team
  • Analyze monthly payments due and communicate updates to Key Account Managers (KAMs) for specific customer accounts
  • Complete Stats Canada reports
  • Assist with required SAP Business Intelligence (BI) data pulls for different Customer P&Ls
  • Support the monthly business rhythm (S&OP), month end processes and Global forecasting submissions for all Business Units
  • Assist in Forecast and S&OP P&L consolidation and variance analysis
  • Own Market Share projection reports and work with stakeholders
  • Assist in improving current tools and processes for Management Report and P&L analysis
  • Ad hoc support to the team to create efficiencies through technology or process revamps
  • Liaison with cross-functional teams to support our Monthly Performance and KPI tracker
  • This is a hybrid role of both treasury and SP&D (special packs and displayers)
  • Front-line support on the Canada Treasury and day to day banking operations
  • Business partnering and decision support to Canada Benefits on pension, retirement, health care and other benefits accounting and reporting and month end close processes
  • Remit payments on time for employee pension contributions, employer calculations & contributions and Pension cross charge to Northern Trust
  • Support on Benefits and Pension annual budget
  • Support on Treasury, Benefits and pension account reconciliation
  • Assist Finance Excellence Team with special pack & displayer financial evaluations, while business partnering with In-store Visibility teams for key inputs
