Responsibilities

  • - Handle all operations for the fleet for food and beverage
  • - Learn first then support ad hoc analytics for either: competitive analysis, product review, forecasting, costing (food or beverage), small-scale projects with operations excellence in mind, etc.
  • - Work with beverage, restaurant, and culinary teams on special projects
  • - Survey and analyze guest feedback then report to appropriate teams
  • - Support POS team with price updates and menu changes
  • - Update the food and beverage database with new information
  • - Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis for the food and beverage department
  • - Assist with special projects as needed
