What kind of projects will interns be working on?
Interns will support ad hoc analytics, competitive analysis, product review, forecasting, costing, and collaborate on special projects with beverage, restaurant, and culinary teams.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates must pursue an undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food and Beverage, and have a GPA of 3.2 or higher. Citizenship or Permanent Residency in the U.S. is also required.
Are there any specific skills needed for this internship?
Yes, candidates should have strong critical thinking skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, project management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint.
