Applicants must be 2L law students graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
Is the internship paid?
Yes, the internship is a paid opportunity.
Are there any specific skills or qualifications required for this internship?
Yes, strong writing skills, interest in drafting and negotiating contracts, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated academic and extracurricular background are required.
Is there a requirement for US citizenship or residency?
Yes, US citizenship or permanent residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.

Yes, interns will support various business clients with projects, commercial transactions, contracts, and disputes, including drafting and editing legal documents.
