Responsibilities

  • This position will assist in implementing projects to improve overall product quality performance. The job also includes assistance in Continuous Improvement Efforts focusing on, Departmental Quality Supplier Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Improvement Projects, Line Balance Optimization and Improvements in Overall Departmental Efficiency and Defect Reduction and Warranty Projects.
  • Data analytics creating tableau dashboards for plant use.
  • Create and implement Data Inspect for all buyoff locations around the plant
  • Study, and analyze plant assembly processes
  • Development and document plant assembly processes
  • Flexibility to address special projects as they arise
  • Assist in continuous improvement efforts focusing on:
  • Quality Improvement Projects
  • Data Collection Efforts
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Development of Error Proofing Methods
  • Six Sigma Projects
