Responsibilities

  • Updating our alumni database to ensure that alumni records are as accurate as possible.
  • Creating alumni event materials including event communications, briefings, and nametags.
  • Researching alumni to be featured in our alumni spotlight series.
  • Sourcing and updating our AlixAlumni online community portal with new content including jobs, alumni spotlights, alumni news, and event information.
  • Supporting the employee offboarding process and ensuring that we have accurate information on all departing employees.
  • Helping to develop alumni communications including our global newsletters and social media posts.
  • Monitoring a critical metric reporting suite and supporting the generation of monthly KPI reports.
