  • Location: Generally the work is performed at the Wex, with potential for other space on campus. Visits to off-campus sites may be possible as well. Please discuss any duties that can be performed remotely with the hiring manager.
  • Compensation: Pay range is $13.00 - $14.00/hr. The offer will fall within this range based on the available budget, the selected candidate's qualifications, and internal equity.
  • The Wex can also support and document course credit work through the candidate’s home academic unit in lieu of monetary compensation, if preferred.

Responsibilities

  • This position supports LPP staff in developing, promoting, implementing, and evaluating Art & Resilience (A&R) programs at the Wex and in the nearby communities of Columbus.
  • Specific duties will be assigned based on the intern’s interests and academic/professional experience.
  • Examples of A&R programs and initiatives include:
  • A&R Student Organization (@osuartandresilience)
  • Community Outreach (supporting vulnerable women in Columbus)
  • Deaf Cafes and other programs and initiatives that focus on accessibility
  • Audience care planning and support
  • Other program-support duties as assigned, may include: supporting the administration, day-of-event management, and post-event administrative and accessibility needs for publicly presented programs and activities.
