What is the duration of the graduate trainee position?
The graduate trainee position lasts for a 12-month period.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in economics/finance, risk management, or mathematics, as well as a master's or equivalent in Behavioural Science, Behavioural Economics, or Behavioural Finance.

You will conduct literature reviews, analyze data, design experiments, review customer-facing materials, document findings, collaborate with the team, prepare materials for presentations, and contribute to communication on behavioural science research.
Is prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector necessary?
While not necessary, work placement in the insurance or financial services sector is considered an advantage.
