  • Analysing data to support results stage of customer surveys and experiments
  • Reviewing customer facing materials (e.g. application forms) and providing feedback
  • Documenting findings of a review or data analysis
  • Designing an experiment or A/B test in lab setting and adapting for application in field setting
  • Collaborating with the team to discuss findings and plan tasks to achieve an overall objective
  • Preparing materials for client meetings/presentations
  • Presenting and discussing behavioural science principles with SCOR colleagues and in client meetings
  • Contributing to and reviewing communication materials to share behavioural science research
  • Following the latest Behavioural Science research and identifying a link to insurance business
