Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, or another relevant field
  • Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter 2025 Term (January to April)
  • Must be returning to school in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 following your internship
  • Experience working with clubs or associations on campus is considered an asset
  • Any previous internship experience in campus recruitment or human resources would be an asset
  • Any previous experience with Workday as a ATS and HRIS systems would be an asset
  • For candidates in Toronto, bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with French-speaking clients and colleagues across the country
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country

Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition Consultants through all the recruitment process for student
  • Providing a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Help build and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organization
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external campus activities and events
  • Contribute significantly to fostering a dynamic internal student community within Intact
  • Support the delivery of presentations and workshops to promote our brand
  • Help create new partnerships with schools and student associations across Canada
  • Represent and promote Intact at campus events and career fairs, with the possibility of occasional travel to events (on weekends and evenings, as required)
