  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance/Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer/Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated interest in finance, investment, and/or technology.
  • Knowledge of Arabic language would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring seamless onboarding for investors and other users of the platform, providing the necessary materials and support throughout their onboarding and investment journey.
  • Support the Investor Support function, which includes gathering KYC and other documents directly from counterparts, collaborating with the fund administrator, preparing subscription documents, and liaising with finance.
  • Help to assist with the Investor Support function, which involves answering calls and emails and handling queries. Participate in building and improving various scripts to be able to respond to questions about Billions and the funds available on the Billions platform.
  • Ensure Investors are always kept informed as per our communication procedures.
  • Assist in operating the Billions email marketing system that engages current and prospective users of the platform.
  • Input and update data, and optimize workflows, in the Billions CRM for efficient data management, compliance, and interaction with other systems and platforms.
  • Maintain various document management tasks.
  • Contribute to updating marketing materials, website content, and social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Complete other projects and participate in other departmental programs, as assigned.
