Responsibilities

  • Learns the operations aspects of the facility and how HR supports the business operations.
  • Performs process analysis for current HR processes and procedures. Suggests potential alternatives to improve efficiency and timeliness.
  • Assist with Talent Management action planning including finding ways to attract, develop and retain employees.
  • Assist with organizational design benchmarking including comparing UPL NA’s practices, policies, and programs to industry standards and best practices and providing recommendations.
  • Work with the Commercial HR Business Partner to rollout the Sales Incentive Plan to employees in North America.
  • Assists in updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details and maintaining current employee files.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with other tasks & projects as assigned by manager.
