Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the staff in the Programs department to support the VP and team with timely operational, instructional design, communications, marketing, and research projects
  • Prepare materials utilizing PowerPoint, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Track project performance metrics and prepare monthly and quarterly reports
  • Maintain confidentiality of all AARP’s internal information
  • Gather research and compile information on a variety of topics. This could include online searches, reviewing publications, handling databases, and accessing library materials
