Mission & Purpose

Engineers With A Design Mindset At BCC Engineering, our engineers are focused design professionals who often create unique solutions. Every project is a new challenge and deserves a completely fresh perspective, never accepting the status quo provided as the starting point. We begin by questioning everything - deconstructing the big picture to understand every intricate detail of the opportunity. That's how we find the best solutions; exploring every possible scenario, brainstorming every angle, and leaving no idea unconsidered. Because sometimes it's that early seed of an idea that later sparks the strategy that others often overlook. We push the boundaries in work that's extremely demanding - and we're undaunted by even the biggest, most challenging and complex assignments. Known for our stellar performance on massive infrastructure and transportation projects, the BCC team applies our distinctive design approach to any project, any size, any discipline, and every time. Today we serve clients in a variety of civil and transportation engineering assignments, including design build projects that span a multitude of market types, geographies and scopes of work. Our culture starts with our principals and co-owners, Jose A. Muñoz and Ariel Millan, whose signature style sets the tone for this creative, energetic, and competitive firm. Together, they have demonstrated the impact that engaged employees can have on the success of a complex business. They are well known for calculating the risks of trying something different, and being willing to advocate for a new idea if it will result in a better product at a lower cost. We're dedicated to the idea of developing better alternatives for Florida's infrastructure, and creating successful outcomes for our clients and our business.
