  • Communication Strategy & Planning: Support communication plans reaching Allstate’s employee, agent, opinion leader, consumer and customer stakeholders
  • Project Management: Work with a team to develop, coordinate and execute CEO requests, communications and events with attention to detail. Manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Team Skills & Relationships Management: Work effectively as a member of a team. Establish new relationships and build rapport. Serve as a liaison between the department and other business areas. Have the poise and maturity to foster relationships
  • Champion of Culture & Change: Support communication strategies and tactics to create an inclusive, empowering and purpose-driven corporate culture
  • Demonstrate a positive, open and flexible mindset during times of change and ambiguity
  • Reputation & Brand Management: Understand and consider reputational impacts in planning and communications; protect and build the brand’s reputation with multiple stakeholders
