The primary responsibility of the ServiceNow Student Intern is to work with the ServiceNow Support Team primarily on customer requests and testing/QA.
What skills are required to succeed in this internship?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and JavaScript experience are preferred. An interest in software development is also preferred.
What is the pay rate for this internship?
The pay rate is $18.75 per hour for undergraduate interns and $20.80 per hour for graduate interns.
How many hours per week is the internship?
The internship requires a minimum of 15 hours per week; however, work hours and schedules may fluctuate based on departmental needs.
What educational criteria must candidates meet to be eligible for the internship?
Candidates must be actively enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours of college-level coursework (100 or above) and be working towards a degree from an accredited college or university.
