Responsibilities

  • Our group supports solutions for managing digital assets (audio, image, video, etc.), web sites (html pages, images, page assets), and engineering drawings (MicroStation and AutoCAD). As part of our team, a successful candidate will:
  • Participate in customer support on supported systems.
  • Participate in Business Activity analysis.
  • Prepare content for migration into the supported systems.
  • Assist in completing project deliverables.
  • Test the solutions for the business unit.
  • Coordinate and track user acceptance testing (UAT). Participate in UAT error mitigation.
