What is the duration of the internship?

Yes, the internship is paid, with an hourly range of $18 for undergraduates, $21 for graduate students, and $28 for Ph.D. candidates.
What kind of projects will I work on during the internship?
Interns will work on community outreach, advocacy, public relations, and various real-world projects related to AARP's mission of improving the lives of people as they age.
Will I have the opportunity to engage with volunteers during the internship?
Yes, you will work with AARP Maine staff to enhance volunteer engagement, particularly in rural areas, and actively support various remote and/or in-person events.
