Requirements

  • A minimal understanding of system hardening concepts
  • Basic Requirements:
  • Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 0 years of general experience.
  • Must have or be able to obtain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must obtain COMP Tia Security + or IAT II equivalent certification to be considered for permanent position post internship.

Responsibilities

  • Audit Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists
  • Submit and track MDA Remedy Ticketing System tickets
  • Assist in troubleshooting cybersecurity tools (i.e. ACAS, ESS, Prisma, etc.)
  • Attend meetings as assigned
  • Have a positive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Be a team player
