Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, corporate partnerships, and other internal departments to ensure digital assets are aligned across all channels.
  • Assist the digital team in weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Plan monthly organic social content for our e-commerce business working with content scheduling tools, as well as the organic platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
  • Assist the Email Marketing Manager with project managing email requests within Salesforce by ensuring that all assets are entered into requests; stakeholders are reviewing email drafts; and gaining stakeholder approvals.
  • Create various content types (photos, videos, etc.) with relevant tone and style, promoting new items within the Boston ProShop social media platforms.
  • Auditing of Boston Bruins and TD Garden-owned assets looking for inconsistencies or outdated information.
  • Research current digital trends and best practices to inform upcoming season strategy.
