Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to produce Committee and Working Group papers and business updates for senior management committees and Boards.
  • Produce meeting minutes for key GlobalLink EMEA meetings and Working Groups.
  • Lead co-ordination of the annual FX Connect MTF RTS 7 Self-Assessment.
  • Co-ordinate the annual FX Connect MTF Client Eligibility Questionnaire campaign.
  • Support the on-going regulatory compliance of FX Connect MTF via pre and post trade control and procedures review.
  • Streamline COO management reporting, including consolidating and refining responses to global management requests.
  • Independently plan, research and support ad-hoc projects within GlobalLink EMEA COO, Sales, Liquidity Management and Trade Operations teams.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and tactical analysis as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Track outstanding issues; be detail oriented and prioritize effectively, drive delivery in all instances.
  • Respond with answers in a timely manner so that others can then resolve their impacted issues.
  • Act in accordance with the Risk Excellence culture within the business and as part of our Way Ahead foundation.
