Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Pricing Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions, to gather and document business requirements, user stories and process flows, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sign-off on acceptance criteria.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to delivery business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.
  • Ensure business requirements are aligned to EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.
  • Participate and deliver system demos, show-tell sessions, end to end system testing, UAT coordination, and support.
  • Develop training materials and content and conduct user training sessions and support the user adoption.
  • Collaborate to drive program success by ensuring timely delivery of product features within scope and timeline.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and sprint planning.
