Responsibilities

  • Assist Event Managers in coordinating various types of events, including but not limited to, meetings, banquets, trade shows, FSU basketball, concerts, and graduations.
  • Assist Events Department in management of part time staff including scheduling, deployment for events and supervising.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management.
  • Maintain Inventory of all department Supplies: Staff Shirts, Radios, wristbands, etc.
  • Attend departmental and building meetings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
