Candidates must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be college juniors or seniors, proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong presentation skills, previous work experience, an interest in the insurance industry, and must be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
