Responsibilities

  • Working with the archivist, the intern will assist with a wide range of important duties around the construction of the Wex’s institutional archive. This includes:
  • Stabilizing archival materials for long-term preservation
  • Inventorying folders to promote discoverability
  • Organizing materials for long-term storage and access
  • Supporting the archive’s standing audiovisual preservation initiative by learning to identify audiovisual image formats and creating inventories of audiovisual holdings
