Responsibilities

  • Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection & Building Controls Trade Subcontractors workforce coordination
  • Quantity surveying & cost estimating of Mechanical & Electrical work
  • Evaluating Mechanical & Electrical Systems installations for quality & progress on schedule. Management of Mechanical & Electrical System’s start-up & commissioning
  • Project controls input (scheduling, cost reporting, PM solutions)
  • Assist with most aspects of building operations, maintenance, & repair as directed
  • Ensure proper compliance with all municipal safety & building codes relating to the property in addition to Oracle EH&S compliance
  • Maintain building warranties, operations & maintenance manuals, plans & As-built drawings, building, & vendor insurance information
  • Assist building site inspections—document results & findings
