Responsibilities

  • Operations delivery - You will play your part in the complete operations resource and onboarding, looking for areas where improvements can be made as well as providing support to the existing processes. You will ensure the resource of our operations always advocates the onefinestay brand.
  • Team player - You’ll be part of a team that will require you to work autonomously while also supporting a seasonal team which can grow to 10+ members in peak. You’ll provide training, guidance for the members of the team and ensure they are supported at all times.
  • Lead on task throughout the day and motivate others within your team, to be able to provide the best level of support to ensure our guests and stakeholders are serviced to the highest standards while hitting designated team/individual targets.
  • You’ll understand that reaction times (SLA) and cost efficiency can be at odds and help maintain this accordingly.
  • Operational control – Enhancing the relationships we have with suppliers & 3rd Parties, whilst managing our standards, support new partnerships to better serve the operational function, this includes planning and leading our seasonal recruitment requirements. Also, you're able to balance the operations on key discretionary spend, acting as the decision-maker for any operational service whilst working with the teams to ensure our budgets are always under control.
