Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, reporting and commission processes on the calculation, analysis and tools deployment, contributing with improvement proposals or best in class identified processes in any division.
  • Help on the commissions task, by participating in the accrual and payout calculation, integrate the Commission implementation project for EMEA.
  • Collaborate on the month-end close activities: Collaborate with the owners of the divisions and geographies assigned in creating the reports, liaising with the FP&As to identify information updates and improvement areas, understanding gaps.
