  • Apply data analysis tools and statistical techniques, including but not limited to Google Analytics, R, Excel, AWS, SQL, and etc. to analyze market trends, consumers, competitors, pricing, providing decision making support based on the analysis result.
  • Prepare proposals and reports with suggested strategy, estimated profit, and planning based on real estate financial modules.
  • Develop periodic and ad-hoc reports to summarize and review daily operation according to the company/local revenue, financial data, pricing, and other internal data
