The eligibility requirements include being a current student working towards an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting with strong academic performance (3.0 GPA or above), demonstrated leadership and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong planning and organizational skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically intermediate Excel.
How long is the internship program?
The Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP) internship lasts for 10 weeks.
What kind of training and development will I receive during the internship?
Interns will receive extensive training, robust development, exposure to various areas of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team through job shadows, mentorship, and senior leader/alumni panels.
Will interns work on actual projects during the internship?
Yes, interns will manage a project from start to finish, focusing on areas such as technology and property investments, budgeting, sales forecasting, or financial modeling/reporting.
