Responsibilities

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Process borrower compliance in accordance with policies and established procedures.
  • Review credit/lending agreements to identify financial reporting, covenant and pricing requirements.
  • Perform analytics functions by assessing trends, material changes and identify high risk triggers.
  • Review Borrower pricing details and capture changes in margins.
  • Cross check Borrower information to ensure it is up-to-date and aligned with internal documents and platforms.
  • Review external customer reports; research company information using external rating agencies such as Janus, FactSet, S&P, Moody’s and Bloomberg.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to compliance tasks.
  • Act as backup to produce daily compliance reporting.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
