Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor Cloud Operations technical documentation placed under configuration control in the Technical Content Vault (TCV)
  • Collaborate on approval processes and workflows that are related to documentation compliance and business architecture sublayers
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by following the stakeholder engagement, reporting, and communication strategy
  • Work with Delivery Managers to ensure timely delivery of work packages while ensuring quality and compliance requirements are met
  • Collaborate on business architecture problems related to the NSGBU Cloud Operations organisation
  • Review business architecture sublayer entity relation diagrams related to NSGBU LDC capacity expansions within OCI and produce release previews used for capacity planning
  • Aid in the development of capacity expansion plans and schedules; and
  • Track and report on build progress.
